Let’s talk about it real quick before we jump into the next post, a hair review series featuring ISee Hair. It has been over a year since I published a post on the blog, I neglected what was once my pride and joy, this platform, 4c Nappy Hair, which was created back in 2019 for myself but also for others who related to my experiences whether it was through my hair journey or life in general. But of course, life happens.
Life is one of those things you can’t outrun; you either allow it to play its course or face the problem(s) head on. And that is exactly what I have been doing; finding peace in stillness, in therapy, in God’s Word daily, and trying to be a responsible adult. Honestly, it has not been easy, but I have learned to be gracious and kind to myself in the midst of life’s challenges.
Occasionally, I would login to the website for maintenance purposes (the site’s overall health – for updates, security, backup, etc.) and despite of all the spam comments I have received pending for approval, there have been a few of you, who have landed on this platform, reviewed the information, and taken the time to leave a comment. And I wanted to sincerely express my gratitude and say, thank you, thank you for your comments, and thank you for being here – whether you are a new or returning visitor. I see you and appreciate you.

As for the future of the blog 4c Nappy Hair, to be transparent with you, I do not necessarily foresee the longevity of the website. It is even wild for me to say that this very platform I created no longer fulfills me like it once did. And that is OK, it’s okay to grow out of your interests. I have my personal reasons, of course. Regardless of what the reason is, I can affirm and say, I am proud of myself for bringing this vision I had for a long time to life, and being able to share it world wide. That in itself is an accomplishment and I am forever grateful to God for.
Moving forward, I do have a few hair content that I would like to post which some might find helpful before I wean off publishing content on this space – however, I am not making any commitments and no definitive timeline for when posts will be publicized. Nonetheless, if you by chance find new content shared on the blog, awesome! But if not, at least you have been made aware of my frame of mind and the direction the blog is headed in. However, let me emphasize that things can shift at any given time, but I leave it in God’s hand. If it is in His will for me to continue to pursue this; I am confident He will be the One to reignite that spark within me and give me everything I need to be successful in the content I share wholeheartedly.
With that being said, your girl is doing well for the most part, and is always giving praise to the Most High. If you are ever curious to know what I have been up to or where you can find me, please know that I am not on any major social media platforms, but I am relatively active on Pinterest. Periodically, I will upload Youtube shorts or will be under the comment section of some of my favorite YouTubers, which brings me to my next post (stay tuned).
